How long is this program and how much of a time commitment is required?
The beta program runs for 8 weeks, with ongoing support and check-ins throughout your journey. The program is designed to fit into your real life. You'll need time for meal planning, preparation, and movement, but we focus on realistic, manageable changes that don't require complete lifestyle overhauls.

You'll receive direct weekly support from our nutritionist and naturopathic team, including direct nutrition guidance, exercise recommendations and guidelines tailored to enhance insulin sensitivity, regular check-ins, and accountability to help you stay consistent with your goals
