Our nervous system is the foundation to our overall health. It is the epicentre of the communication between our organ systems and our emotional wellbeing. Any signals that our body needs to adapt to its current environment is processed through our nervous system and then dispersed into the rest of our body.
This means that if our nervous system isn’t able to do its job properly than the rest of our body is never going to be able to feel its best.
